CADMIUM-FREE SILVER PASTES

Our silver pastes are used for joining most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, except aluminium, titanium and magnesium. They are suitable for most of the mild and stainless steels, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and copper zinc(brass) alloys, and zinc alloys.

Filler metals should be chosen for their suitability for each particular application, accompanied by the ideal flux already mixed together with the alloy and a binder. This is how you get our pastes, which can be tweaked in proportions flux/metal content, powder size, flux selection and viscosity choice, according to your process. This affords greater control and produces excellent gap filling qualities. 

These alloys are low-temperature brazing alloys, free-flowing filler metals and produce strong joints, with a high level of safety because they are cadmium-free. For the past 15 years, their demand has been increasing in the industry to avoid health and safety concerns due to the use of cadmium regulated under the Directive EU494/20.
